The route from Geneva airport is as follows:
Take the Autoroute A41 to Annecy, exit to 'Annecy Nord', via Thones. Follow the signs to Thones, then La Clusaz. Before you reach La Clusaz, turn left at St Jean de Sixt towards Le Grand Bornand. As you enter the village of Le Grand Bornand, take the road on the left towards Le Chinaillon. Wind up the hill for about 4 km. You will pass a carpenters/furniture shop on the left as you are entering Chinaillon, take the first right hand road signposted towards the 'pistes 'and 'Les Outalays'. Take the second road sign- posted 'Les Outalays' up the hill. Around the second bend on the right you will find 'Les Refuges'. Our chalet apartment is nearest the trees away from the road.
